Custom Athame, ritual knife, quenched with planetary magic techniques.
Create your own, deeply personal, custom Athame here!
If you're going to be doing ritual magic, you should have a powerful, functional piece made with intention by a barbaric occultist, and Forged in Fire Champion, not a butter knife heated over a candle.
These Athames are hand forged from 4140 tool steel. Quenched on the day and hour of Saturn to infuse commanding power, in an oil containing: Henbane, Hemlock, and Scorpions. It Radiates power and has a reassuring weight when you hold it. Steel is a crystalline matrix, when quenching, I am essentially expanding, and opening those tiny crystals, then rapidly condensing and cooling them. Essentially locking in the power of the moment they are quenched in, and the symbolic uses of the material magicka infused with the quench oil.
It's not tradition specific, whether you're a Wiccan, Neo-Pagan, Palo, Seidr, or any other type of practitioner,if you need a sanctified blade, this is for you.
A ritual knife is deeply personal, and each practitioner has different needs.
You can select the custom quench option, and send me materia magicka to use, specifically for your piece, please contact me with any questions or if you need particularly "Exotic" materials for left hand path work etc.
*Please note* these measurements are only approximate, as each knife is handmade, and thus will be slightly different.
Blade Length: 4.5-6" Overall length: 9-10" Weight: 12.9 oz or 367 grams
Jambiya: The slight curve and needle tip of the jambiya make it a formidable tool.
Grecian: An elegant leaf bladed vase shape with a fuller (groove) in the center.
Vicious: The thorns and jagged edges demand respect.
My Athames do not come default with a sheath, as they are intended as ritual items that will most likely live on an altar, but a sheath can be made for a small surcharge. While it is intended as a ritual implement, They are completely functional and useably sharp. All of my blades come with a life time warranty, so if anything untoward ever happens to it in the course of normal use, I will repair it.
