If you're going to be doing ritual magic, you should have a powerful, functional piece made with intention by a Forged in Fire Champion, not a butter knife heated over a candle.
This Athame is hand forged from W2 high carbon steel. It was quenched on the day and hour of Saturn to infuse commanding power, in an oil containing: Henbane, Hemlock, and Scorpions. It Radiates power and has a reassuring weight when you hold it. The pommel is forged and polished to look like a crystal.
The entire blade and handle is a single piece. After the quench, the entire blade was coated in boiled linseed oil then baked in a tempering kiln to coat the surface permanently. While the oil inclusions were rendered inert from the heat of the quench, I wanted to make doubly sure no one would get something nasty on their skin.
It also comes with a hand tooled Baphomet sheath!

While it is intended as a ritual implement, it is completely functional and very sharp. All of my blades come with a life time warranty, so if anything untoward ever happens to it in the course of normal use, I will repair it.
